ike many artisans, I seldom have the chance to keep what I make. Each lamp requires over a month to construct; a sizable investment of my time. My wife and I are pleased to have kept two of my lamps to enjoy in our home. Our decorating approach has evolved towards the "less is more" philosophy; content that what we have, brings delight and enjoyment. We are at an age where we realize our possessions will someday be passed down to our children. It pleases us to know that our lamps will be among those items treasured by the next generation.

Credit Card payments can securely and privately be made via Paypal.
Checks drawn on US banks will also be accepted through the mail.
-Tax Information
Items shipped to California will be charged an 8.75% sales tax, as required by law. We do NOT charge sales tax for items shipped to outside of California.
-Reselling
For California customers who have a Seller's Permit and will be reselling, please send me the following 2 forms and you will avoid being charged sales tax:

-Shipping after payment received
Your item will be shipped after your full payment has been received in my account. An E-mail will be sent as soon as receipt is confirmed.
SHIPPING
Your purchase is carefully inspected, photographed and packed to insure its quality before we ship. Shipping is by UPS Ground and is fully insured and the price is included free with your purchase. If you prefer faster shipping the difference from the ground amount will be added to your purchase price.
If the shipper has done damage to your purchase please notify me immediately. Save all your packing material in case the item will need to be returned.
Once your item has been shipped I will give you an approximate delivery time and send you the shipper's tracking-number to your e-mail address so you can follow its progress.
The lamp will be shipped with "signature required" so that your lamp will not be left unattended.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE / RETURN POLICY
At Stagnaro Lamps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will find your lamp to be a wonderful addition to your home.
To insure your satisfaction you always have 14 days after the date you receive the lamp to return it for a full refund less shipping and insurance.
Refunds are issued after the lamp is received and inspected by me, and are issued in the same form as payment was received by me. The lamp must be in it's original condition.
The 14 days begin from the date you receive your purchase based on the tracking confirmation sent to me by the shipper. Please retain the box and the packing material in case you return the lamp.If you need a new carton to return the lamp contact me and I will mail you one.
Once you have shipped out the return lamp please email me. This will help me track the return lamp so that you can be credited promptly through PAYPAL.
All credit will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
